The Manager, Business Development will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:

·       Conduct in-depth market research to identifypotential clients, industry trends, and competitive factors. Stay updated onthe latest developments in the market.

·       Generate leads and create a strong pipeline ofpotential clients through networking, industry events, cold calling, and otherlead generation methods.

·       Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while establishing rapport with new prospects. Identify their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

·       Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including pricing, negotiation, and closing strategies, to maximize revenue and profit margins.

·       Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

·       Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, keeping management informed about progress, challenges, and opportunities.

·       Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

·       Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

·       Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve services and develop long-term customer loyalty.

·       Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and build relationships.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role in the energy industry or related sectors.

·       Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

·       Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies.
